What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request a marketing audit, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, company name, and optionally your phone number, website and a description of what you need.

We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation with you
• To deliver the audit or service you have asked for
• To send you material you have explicitly opted in to receive
• To understand how the site performs so we can improve it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we rely on to operate — hosting, analytics, email delivery and CRM — and only to the extent required to provide those services.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing email to people who have asked to receive it. Every message includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not buy, rent or scrape contact lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact hello@yatex.com and we will respond within one business day.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for analytics and, where you have consented, for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
