They were the first agency that could explain, in plain language, why we were invisible — and then show us the tracking that proved it changed.
Our story
Founded on an uncomfortable audit
Yatex began in 2019 after a project that went badly in an instructive way. A client had been spending heavily on paid search for over a year with reporting that looked healthy. Their sales team saw almost none of it.
The conversion event had been firing on page load rather than on form submission. For fourteen months the bidding algorithm had been diligently optimising to find people who bounced. Nobody had checked, because the dashboard was green.
That pattern turned out to be the norm rather than the exception. It shaped how we work: validate the measurement before spending the budget, report on what the business actually banks, and be willing to deliver news the client would rather not hear.
Since then a second shift has arrived. Buyers increasingly ask an AI assistant before they ever open a search results page, and most businesses have no idea whether they appear in those answers. Making that visible and improvable is now central to what we do.
